I understood that the White Phial is supposed to refill once you have used the contents. I thought a nice potion of healing would be good and drank it during a battle but the darned thing stays empty. Also while trying to get some action out of it I accidently spawned 50 empty white phials. How does one get the thing to refill or is this an unfixable bug?

It refills occasionally (once a day, or something like that).

Thanks - it might be it refills only once every 24 hours because much later I got a note that it had refilled. Interestingly enough I now have a filled phial and an empty one - strange but at least it filled up eventually.
