Ok... So I've found a mod for mage gear that I really like, and I figured I would add some enchantments to some of the robes through the CK. I get that done and save all of it into a new ESP.

However, when I add the gear with the custom enchants to my character through the console, they don't display properly. The menu tells me I have the gear equipped, but my character is standing there in her skivvies.

So I go back into the CK and find out the models for the robes have been deleted...

I've put the models back in just as it originally was, but the models still do not stick. The CK keeps erasing them. So what gives? I've done this before with other gear.

The mod is 'The Art of Magicka' by Zonzai and Kalell.

You cannot make an ESP of another ESP (plugin). You can only mod an ESM (master) file.

You could just make your changes to the original ESP. And if you wish, you could make a copy of it if you don't want to change the original. But, you will only want to activate one of them in your load order.
