Enchanting help pls. : V

I have 100% enchanting and got the Extra effect perk, but it won't let me put a second perk on. Have tried with second Grabd soul gem. item will not appear on enchanting list.
First perk on my Daedric Dagger is: Burns target for 31 points
Second: Weapon won't show on list

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

You have to put both enchantments on at the same time. You can't put another enchantment on an item that is already enchanted.
