hey peeps just got my enchanting to 100 and im wondering where do i get spell reduction , magicka increase, and mana reg spells from?

From any number of different robes and rings and items. Check vendors. They normally have them in stock. On another note has anyone found a fortify heavy armor enchant? I'm starting to think they don't exist.

I found a heavy armor enchantment on an amulet. I want to say it was from a vendor in Windhelm

k thanks for reply , and about the heavy armour enchant i think i found a ring or amulet with the enchant on but i sold it coz im a mage

check radiant raiment store in solitude for the heavy armour amulet , this place has loads of enchanted items
