I'm having trouble finding how to be able to enchant powerful restoration staves, my character is lvl 48 with 89 restoration and 91 enchanting. I'm trying to make a staff of grand healing if there is one or a staff with some high level healing spell on it, my character knows grand healing however when i go to the staff enchanter i am only able to make staves with novice and apprentice spells on them. what am i missing?
