ENCHATED ITEMS Bwhahahahaha

Post » Fri Jun 08, 2012 8:11 pm

What have you made (for actual use ignore anything you made just for the sake of training xp) and named it or them what are they enchanted with ?

I made a ring called "Useless Trinket" its enchanted with 17 points of what should of just been called "Feather" but for what ever reason the devs changed it to "Weight Carry Capacity Buff"

Bbbaaawwwhhhahhahhh! That’s hilarious.

I make lots of enchanted gear, although the names are pretty lame or basic. I usually try to make it descriptive of its properties and type so I can quickly get a look at my equipped items to evaluate my gear. This is especially helpful if I’m carrying lots of loot as everything is usually grouped together. I name stuff like:

Armor-Leather Stamina 20 (Leather armor with +20 stamina boost.)
Armor-Archery Leather Bracers 18 (+18 to archery skill)
Armor-Sneak Leather Boots 12 (+12 to sneak)
Armor-Magick Leather Helm 12 (+12 Magick)
Ring-Archery Gold 18
Ring-Speech Garnet 12
Amulet-Health Silver 10

Like I said, not very sixy, but very, very practical. I use the same type of naming convention for weapons as well. Since I normally have enchanting as a secondary skill most of my gear is enchanted so this works for me, lol.

I love enchanting.

I had a bunch of scimitars and renamed a few of them Curved Sword of (insert whatever enchantment).

Also, on a dual-wielding Breton French character, I renamed:

a steel war axe - Guillotine (Absorb soul)
and a steel sword - Qu'ils mangent de la brioche* (Absord health)

*Let them eat cake... or sweetrolls ;-p

I know, I'm crazy.

I still use the old tongue as I have a feather charm and feather ring. I name armor and weapons after my character. So I have Jonsir's Helm and Jonsir's Bolt Blade or Jonsir's Juicers (Regen Magika). I named a ring I gave to a follower after her, Brelyna's Juicer.

Nothing that funny. My spellsword's master enchanted (ebony) weapons are

(Greatsword) Annul: shock damage, magicka damage. (Against magic users.)
(Battleaxe) Enfeeble, frost damage, stamina damage. (Against general enemies.)
(Warhammer) Decimate: fire damage, paralyze. (Against heavily armored enemies.)
(Greatsword) Reap: soul trap, banish.

And the (glass) armor pieces

Helmet: The Mind (fortify magicka, fortify magicka regen)
Body armor: The Body (fortify health, fortify health regen)
Boots: The Mobility (fortify stamina, fortify stamina regen)
Gloves: The Strenght (fortify two-handed, fortify block)

:hehe:

My warrior only smiths, and my thief only uses alchemy, so they don't get to name their stuff :(

I did two swords, both Daedric two-handed swords. One had fiery soul trap and electrical damage, the second has frost and electricity. The first one is for hunting to fill soul gems, and the second is a maximum damage version. I'm not certain you can name them on the PS3, but if you can, I haven't done it so far.

The boots (dragonbone) has resist frost and resist fire. The gauntlets have fortify two-handed and something else, can't remember. The helmet has fortify archery an waterbreathing. I haven't enchanted a necklace yet, but the ring has resist magic and fortify two-handed.

Extra effect is a great perk and I save up enchanting elixers for the enchanting. My alchemy isn't good enough to beat those yet. It is good enough to make better smithing potions than I can buy.

Shock Damage Bow: Don't Tase Me! Bow

And right when I started my first character I got 2 rings, one was 'The One Ring' and the other was 'The Other One Ring'. Then I found out you could only wear one.

Shock Damage Bow: Don't Tase Me! Bow

Yeah, you stole that. I saw it on Reddit ;)

I named an axe "OH NO HE DIDNT!!!" and I named two daggers "Dagger +1" and "Dagger +2," a throwback to Baldur's Gate.
