I doubt there is going to be any Enclave power armor from the East Coast. We'll probably just see the MK I model.

Ninja'd again. I don't really like that armor because from what I can tell, that breathing apparatus is part of the armor. It would look completely ridiculous with any helmet from a different set and the clipping would just be horrible. Hopefully I'm wrong, because I kind of like that armor. Not as much as the regular Advanced Power Armor, and certainly not as much as the Fallout 3 Tesla Armor, but it'd still be a shame if it became unpopular due to that stupid gas mask thingamajiggy.

With almost all of my Energy Weapons characters, I would rock the Tesla Armor as soon as I could lay my irradiated hands on it. Also, I wore the Brotherhood of Steel Power Helmet when I wore that armor. Looked pretty good.

I'm just excited that there is going to be old school Advanced Power Armor Mk. 1, so awesome. Am looking forward to hunting both of those armors down and conquering the wasteland.

That Tesla Armour seen in the screenshot (where he's holding the Gauss Rifle) looks pretty pathetic to me. Not the armour as a whole, just the fact that all it seems to be is a couple of lights chucked on the original.

By the way, I'm not so sure that Gabriel77dan (his name, right?) will be so happy when he sees your avatar and sig.

Tesla Armor just doesn't look as impressive this time around. And the goldfish issue has already been resolved.

Ehhhhh. I don't know if it will be around like that Screenshot, or if thats just a minor adjustment on the MK1 PA. But if it's trying to revert to West Coast stuff, the only Tesla Armor I knew of, was the one that was essentially polished metal with probes on the shoulder.

Uh, the mask and skull are likely not part of the Armor set. It's just something that the guy chose to wear. I don't think the breathing mask is part of the armor, more likely a "glasses" slot item.

Hopefully the armor looks more impressive in person, like the tesla tubes glow and there's a bit of an "energy field" effect around the armor like in F3.

I think this whole thing with the original enclave armor is saying something about the lore- namely that the Enclave developed their F3 armor while at Raven Rock, and left most of their old armor behind, AND, that the Enclave had already incorporated Tesla energy field designs into their armors before leaving for Raven Rock.

For now...

If you saw all of that before the issue was resolved, would a two-person flame war erupt?

It wouldn't be rash to suspect that if advanced tesla armor is in FO:NV, then regular tesla armor could be in there to. Maybe advanced is a armor upgrade much like the weapon parts.

The Eyebot is the only Enclave presence. End of story. No insane plots to kill everyone. No secret military bases on oil rigs. No nutty Prez. No even nuttier computer Prez. No Enclave Power Armour. You still got the BOS Armour though! Yay?

No Enclave Power Armour.

Not completely true, though it's not the Fallout 3 Enclave Power Armour... ;)

tesla armor was neat.... but why do i need power armor with big bolt spewing electricity out of them, covering it? didn't seem to do anything but make me look like a lightning rod, what suppose did they serve. to me the hfire was cool, it seemed streamlined and kinda stealthy for its bulkiness. it also had a look of, hey i look like a solid robot and not a jolted together junk heap.

The field reduces damage from energy weapons, and increases your energy weapons skill.

But by the time you got it, you were a walking tank without the armour anyway.

And Reilly's Rangers armour FTW.
