I have already reloaded 7 times in the bandit camp im in. The bandit leader has a war hammer, and every time I face him, I have full health, and he takes me into this little death movie, and im dead in one hit. Its not fair.

He does it to me on the first hit every time. I wish i could be that lucky.

It's not luck. Those moves occur when the hit would kill anyway.

The bandit camp you're in sounds too high level for you.

Perhaps your level is too low?
Poor choice of gear?
Wrong selection of spells?

Generally I never die in a cinematic unless my health is below 50%

All that would happen is you would get hit and ragdoll rather then cinematic hit and ragdoll...

I agree it's pretty annoying when I could have drank a potion, dodged, and shield bashed. What they should have done is make it so that attack that does kill you leaves you still standing, and then done the finisher.
