Energy Weapons and Ammo : Fallout: New Vegas

Is there any place in the wasteland where you can buy Energy weapons and ammo, that isnt the Silver Rush? Gloria's inventory hasnt changed since when I first bought from her.

The NCR quartermaster at Hoover Dam and small spoiler (BoS);

Both require some reputation.

Crimson Caravan will have some if you stole weapon spec from Gun Runners.

shops will only change stock due to you sleeping or maybe waiting 3 days.. fast travel and just wandering about dont count.

Only thing I can think of is:

The Brotherhood of Steel. Not only do they have a vendor there that sells energy weapon ammo and guns but also, once you've gotten far enough into the questline and they like you, they will leave Energy Cells, Microfusion Cells, and Flamer Ammo in the Footlocker. ( usually in quantities of 30+, one time I found 200 microfusion cells! )

VAN GRAFFS
