I recently started playing fallout new vegas again after a long break from it. Immediately after launching the game I noticed something that I had an issue with before I stopped playing, everything in the game looked much duller than it should have. This is especially noticeable in menus.

before I stopped playing I could just press a key(or key combination) to toggle between the washed out dull version and the regular one but I have forgotten what it was . If anyone knows what causes this or what the key combination was please notify me!

I am running no mods except for Darn UI, and the game crashes if I uninstall it
