What do you think is the equivalent to a Deathclaw in Skyrim (excluding Dragons).

Well, in Oblivion, it was Daedroth, but there is nothing in Skyrim.

I don't think there is an equivalent to be honest. I mean, for me I guess it would be frostbite spiders (severe arachnophobe here) but they're fairly easy to kill.

I agree, there is nothing comparable to a deathclaw in Skyrim. It seems like Bethesda tried to have a realistic approach towards the creatures, despite the fact that it is a Fantasy game. Bears and wolves compared to Deathclaws and Daedric creatures from Oblivion--no comparison.

I am telling you...
Daedra. Not the petty atronachs, real Daedra like:

Clannfear
Scamps
Daedroth
Xivilai
Spider Daedra
Dremora (more at least)

All of these should also be summoned if you have high enough Conjuration.

WE NEED DAEDRA!

well, some people like some realism in a fantasy game. and I suppose frostbite spiders would be the equivalent to those daedra spider things, I forget what they are called. Also, I think they didn't have any daedra because going into the realm of oblivion was one of the themes of TES IV, while daedra have nothing to do with Skyrim.
