[Bug] Esburn and Season Unending Question PC : V

During the main quest iv encountered two problems

Esburn has no voice

During the Seasons Unending quest when negotiations seem to fail... it stalls no one say anything or moves and i cant get out of my chair.

does anyone know how to fix these so i can actually complete the mainQuest?

Fixed: saving and reloading the game multiple times seems to have forced it to continue... slowly....

With the Season Unending quest I have reloaded at least ten times so far. I'm going to do side quest until a fix is release.

save then reload save then reload at every pause eventual it will stop pausing.

Fix: Hit the ~ key to open up the console and type “setstage mq302 300” (without quotes)

Thank you for this, I had the same problem which this has fixed, whereas the earlier probems I had with Esburn, none of the many sound file fixes worked. In the end I had to walk through the closed door.
