Escort missons could have been way better....

I don’t mind escorting the bot because it’s a bit more logical to repair a mechanical device. But swiss cheesing a slow moving person for about a half hour or so is not only getting stale it’s totally illogical. They should have let the escort die and respawn at certain check points... like small makeshift mobile medical centers once you have successfully reached them. It should have been done similar to the pass code missions where the carrier gets killed, drops the info and haves to go back to the re-spawn to try again. This will make it more challenging and enjoyable…as of now the human escort missions are insanely ridiculous. I never saw a game before where you have to rescue an indestructible bullet magnet that only falls to one knee before the super sauce gets him back on his feet. How in the hell did such a tuff guy get taken capture anyway?

They could even have a member carry him while others protect the guy doing the carrying. You could even speed up the escort by having more than one person carrying him (creating more team work elements) this mission was fun the first few times but it’s warping my mind at how brainless this particular objective really is.

Anyone else here feel this mission could have been done way better...or am I just making a mountain out of a mole hill?
