It would seem a few people are having trouble with Euclid's C-Finder. I recently got it and it has no ammo even after waiting for 24 hour blocks about 5 times. Some said that a fix is to get the C-Finder THEN do the required quest but that would put me back an hour or two of game time. Hopefully Obsidian/Bethesda can patch this.

If you complete the quest called 'That Lucky Old Sun' at Helios One, you can fire an orbital death laser once every 24 in-game hours :disguise:

I went back to Helios one and refreshed all the terminals again but still nothing. I'll just have to wait for a patch..

You can only use the orbital laser if you chose the right option near the end of the quest. If you dont route power to the laser you cant use it after getting the gun.
