made it all the way to jurgen windcaller's crypt , however, i couldnt get it opened.
Is it openable and is the horn there? i found a note telling me to meet him in the upstairs room in the inn at redwood.
thats all i found except the usual loot.
Could someone please help i dont want to leave the tomb if iv'e forgotten something. Spoilers welcome!

If you found the note to meet someone at the Inn, then you've got all you came for and can head out of the barrow.

Tell me please, where is the note? I am in the last chamber. I got the message that the quest had failed and I must read the note, but I can't find it anywhere. Help!

It's in the last chamber in the holder (a hand?) on top of the altar thingie where the horn should have been. Switch to first person view and examine that area closely to spot it and take it. I missed it the first time through myself and spent 20 min searching that room and dungeon leading up to it until I found the note.

do what the note tells you to do. less than 30 seconds from getting the attic room you have the horn and a new "best friend forever." lol

And "forever" is literal.
