but...have unloaded a few clips into companions for getting in my lineof fire.
suppose if i could have i would have asked nicely to get out of the way,but get in my way in the heat of a fight where my survival counts and your getting the first clip right in the back of your head.

although i have found a few important npc`s dead on the freeside streets that had to be resurrected with console due to thier store/buys needs

Never killed on accident but boone has killed me.... We was engaged on a target and he straight turns and shoots me dead with 1 shot. Needless to say i had to reload then proceeded to take his beret, kick him from my group then murdered him with the C4 i had him hold, what a [censored]

Nope. Not once during an entire 150+ hour playthrough all the way to the end. Whenever I'm in town I put my gun away (you do this by holding down the reload button). That way if I ever accidently click the fire button, all I do is whip out my gun but don't fire. If I ever want to test my gun, I go where nobody else is.

I've accidentally put the Goodsprings Settler out of her misery before the geckos could finish the job... twice. Also accidentally killed several mercenaries and prospectors out in the wilds mistaking them for raiders at extreme range.

I once killed Trudy while aiming Cobb's head. Then I realized I don't even have an autosave to go back to. I also once shot a turret by mistake in Searchlight because it was behind a Ghoul I was aiming for. Pissed NCR a bit.

Killed a brotherhood Elder totally by mistake . I killed 4 brotherhood members outside with my pulse gun then got and repaired the Guass rifle. Went to see the Elder to see if there was any Dialog options and clicked my mouse by mistake...his head blew off :whistling:

Good thing i have over 100 saves of the same charecter :celebration:

I've killed that Settler too, by accident. I knocked out Boone, while I swinging my 9 iron wildly around.

I shot the ncr temp ranger companion by mistake cause she got her butt in the way then she turn on me not as if I would of hit her if she did not get in damn way.

How did you kill him by mistake? Where you trying to sell a grenade and tossed it instead? Did you confuse mouselick for E while carrying a high powered rifle?

Hav'nt killed anyone by mistake but i have shot my allies more times then is probaly needed (non-hardcoe mode so they don't die), shot ED-E because it was blocking a doorway multiple times, shot Boone when he walked in front of me right before i tried to shoot a fiend, and i shot Veronica because shes a chickens**t and ran away from a Bark Scorpion that was attacking ED-E so i shot her in the back of the head and then she finally came back.

Haha remeber Rual doing this in the BOS bunker kept fleeing from them and hiding so I shot him in face.

I accidentally kill people all the time, mostly due to the fact that I'm playing the game on a laptop using the touchpad (with the whole "tap" = "click" deal) as opposed to an external mouse. Not the best idea, I know - but I get by. Things got a lot easier once I switched to a melee character though, since accidentally clicking won't get me in any trouble unless someone's standing right in front of me (and I won't waste ammo either).

Gun safety, people. Holster that thing.

I started holstering (well, holstering more often anyway) after one particularly regrettable incident where I accidentally took McNamara's head off with a laser rifle while Veronica was talking to him.

Boone has the unhealthy habit of going infront of me exactly when i shoot my sniper rifle... worst accident was involving a mini nuke and Cass...

Lets just say that Veronica + Meltdown perk isn't the best combination when you aren't sniping.

I was fighting some radscorpians on the way up to the ranger thingy in sw side of map....

I sorta kinda blew up one of the big trucks.. and 3 merchants some pack brahmin some merks 2 prospectors and of course the scorpians...



First time I learned about the reason shrapnel nades are so spendy... was when I accidentaly blew up EVERYONE in a room.. just trying to kill a guy in the corner...



Was playing around with far flinging incinerator blobs... when all of a sudden got the slow motion death animation of some poor old woman gardening or some such... Never did figure out where the heck she was so reloaded because I felt so bad about it.


Tried to shoot a crow... hit some poor sod waay off in the distance... yes the varmint rifle realy can fire FAR.


Dont try to save the goodsprings person.. with a shotgun.. just DONT.

Occasionally I'll test out a machinegun without checking who's in front of me at the time. :facepalm:

Er, yes, ahem...

Playing through trying to stay NCR-neutral, but I kind of forgot to take off my Powder Ganger clothes and strolled down to Primm. Next I know, Veronica sprints ahead and ganks the first NCR guard with one hit, like she does.

I changed quick before anyone else turned hostile, and nobody else did. I guess it don't count if you don't help, or maybe just no one saw us...
