Bows would be made from the long wing bones (They're the most flexible and have to be quite strong) warhammer would have the head horn from a dragon as the head and a leg bone as the handle (Similar to the giants' clubs, but from dragon parts instead) Mace should have dragon teeth on the sides of the head, Dagger and sword should be dragon teeth and dragon talons, respectively. greatsword should have many dragon teeth mounted to form the edges.
I think this is a great description of how the dragon weapons would look like, although there's two things: one, dragonbone weapons would inevitably look like supercharged versions of Forsworn weapons, and two, you missed what axes would look like. I imagine that the one-handed axe could be sharpened dragon scales layered and mounted on a smaller bone for a handle and head, and the two-handed could be two dragon horns set opposite each other on the head with a long bone for the handle.
I think a different approach would be to look at how the devs created dragon bone/plate armor: they used Iron heavily, although iron ingots were not necessary components for the armor. Perhaps instead of dragon bone weapons being made exclusively from bone, they could instead be bone handles with steel blades. They could be nearly as damaging and not quite as heavy (just like the armor) as daedric, and they could be styled or engraved in the same fashion as the carvings found on dragon walls.
