So the PC players got free Hi-Res Texture Pack.....

The Xbox players are getting Kinect Support for free...

PS3 players are getting what for free.....?

What is there to give?

PC has more hardware to take advantage of, and I guess Beth thought it would be beneficial to take advantage of Kinect on Xbox.

Its not "Free Content", they are just taking advantage of some things they feel help the game. Its more like updates.

Also, this post is kind of childish. Its like kindergarten when one child sees another with something, and then they start to think they are entitled to get something too. That's not always the case

maybe we will get playstation move support. Haha playstation move. We don't have kinect and neither the xbox or ps3 can handle hi-res textures. Also I don't know if sony fixed it but wasn't move horrible when it came out? Is it still?

They give Skyrim to 4J studios and they create a patch to fix the PS3 frame rate

Not trying to start a console war but... your saying just buy a 360/pc because ps3's svck. Unless your saying do it if you don't want to wait for the dlc or want some extra content. Also since the dlc for ps3 is gonna be released after the 360 bethesda is probly just gonna leave the ps3 version riddled with bugs and take another 5 months to fix them (again).

Ps3 will get the expansion packs eventually...

All I can say is that if you are a previous Elder scrolls gamer you know that the ports are crappy.

If you were new...well then I feel sorry for you. But bethesda's ps3 ports tend to not do well. ( as far as I have seen)

I grabbed it for 360 so I can get DLC first. Im gonna grab the PC version once GOTY comes out.

100% false. There are people that just plain prefer playing games on a console, while the majority of us don't see the benefit of spending $900+ on a new machine that can run it on ultra. Let's face it, might as well play on console unless your computer can run the game on MAXIMUM settings.

Maybe Beth will notice next game when they see there PS3 number is lower then the PC's number sold because the fans have left them for another game or switch consoles. I'm glad I have a 360 but beth's treatment of the PS3 version is very dishonest. At least they are trying to fix it but I have that pathetic because Modders have already fixed a lot of the issues that Skyrim has.

Let's try not to de-rail this thread into another one of these debates (though it bears mentioning that an X-Box can only handle the lowest PC settings, so a PC running at medium is still going to be running better graphics than a console).

OP: The PS-3, as mentioned, doesn't have much hardware for the developers to take advantage of.

can't imagine playing it without mods and at 20-30 fps.
