Alright I want to play on expert or Master but im not sure how to go about it. I know its really hard are there any skills you think I should have ?? I figure Alchmey and smithing just there is no better weapon then making your own. Do you guys/gals have any thoughts on how to playthrought expert or master.
I want to fill like I have a chance of being killed by any monsters/aniamals.

You should probably think about leveling up some more.

Well how do you want to play?

Mage: you will need enchantments to lower spell cost, not to 0, but at least cut destruction by 50-75%.
Thief: sneak+daggers or archery and you are golden.
Warrior: not my specialty. Upgrading weapons/armor would be important.

The safest warrior build is a heavy armored, sword and shield character. I also find the combat to be more dynamic and engaging with this build.

I play on Master with a Sneak Archer/Assassin, I can walk through dungeons either shooting arrows or slashing necks with daggers.
I wear full upgraded Dragonscale enchanted with +% Bow dmg since I'm mainly archer with upgraded ancient shrouded gloves to do 30x sneak dagger attacks which will 1 hit dragons if I snip their tails when I'm not detected, the perk that staggers enemies in Archery will stagger dragon priests and other high life monsters making them unnable to touch me. I enchanted me bow with soul trap and Fire dmg and I use the Blade of Woe and A Soul Trap Daedric Dagger for when I feel like being an assassin. The beginning is hard, I put it down to adept :/ and random spawning elder dragons are a pain if you can't find protection, even with 550 life they will 2 hit me so I lower diff to adept when I come across them

especially, at early levels you want to focus on offensive perks/skills because defensive ones won't keep you alive much longer. (i'm not saying neglect them, however.)

focus on stealth, archery, 1-h with some block and armor thrown in.

you DO NOT have to powerlevel the trade skills to get through master.

Especially in the beginning, be prepared to not wade through every battle, and expect to run away from quite a few in order to retry later. If you can tune in to that, then master is a breeze. USE what you find, don't keep them for storage ;)
