Extreme lag at Camp McCarren...

Well, I don't know if it's just me, but nearly every time I fast-travel to Camp McCarren and enter the gates, once I enter my frame-rate almost instantly drops to literally 1 fps. I've had to wait in upward of literally 2minutes before the frame rate came back to normal. Only once have I frozen because of this - which also brings me to anther thing I want to address; freezing, I've began freezing more and more often, and at times, for no reason. Like just now, I had walked a long distance to get to the Hoover Dam for the quest "For The Republic, Part 2" and decided to go to Ranger Station Delta to discover the location since it's right there. Well, as soon as I departed from the road and began to walk up the hill, I froze out of no where. I wasn't expecting this, so once I discovered Boulder City, I didn't save and kept on chuggin'. Had to start back at the strip and fast travel to the nearest place - 188 Trading Post (I have Explorer perk but havn't been exploring near the Hoover Dam, so most of the places near-by I havn't discovered)..

Case in point, has anyone else experienced extreme lag when entering Camp McCarren, and at time for long periods of time, and how often do freezes occur for you? I started out freezing every now and then after some lag during a gun fight. It then turned into freezing trying to buy some stuff from vendors, which then escalated into freezing any where at anytime and unexpectedly. Hope the forth coming patch fixes the freezing and frame rate issues people like me experience, along with other things. :P
