He SHOOTS me as I approach the door!

You had to pay to get in to the NCRCF? I just walked in a side door. Nobody shot me while I was there, I walked right next to some people. I'm hated by the Powder Gangers.

Maybe it's because he's higher-rank or something. You get to close and he can tell who you are.

Maybe so. He calls me out on not being a real member, but I just pay him and I'm fine. I AM in the most hated category with them...

Err, I destroyed that camp.
Killed the leader and everything, getting some new supplies as well. Very well worth the stimpacks and ammo wasted.
