Is there a console command to say make your reputation with a certain faction good or bad. Legion hates me and i cant get to benny to get the chip, even with faction armor on. So is there a console command to make my relation to the legion better?

Looking at someones post i found setreputation but how do i use it? Better yet can someone link me to a website that shows all FNV's console commands? I googled console commands but didn't find that one, i want one that shows all of them.
