I got this last night! I am honestly just holding out until this 1.5 mess is fixed up. But I can tell you one thing, it isn't your video card drivers. I am on dual AMD 6870's and I got the same message. It could be a mod messing something up but I don't have the energy to weed it out at the moment.

Considering the OP has crap for video, there cannot *BE* any such thing as a fix, if he / she cannot or will not buy a real graphics card. A 9100 is a worse tinker toy video solution than what Intel offers.

Doesn't explain how the game worked before the patch.

I would buy a new graphics card but I figured it would be a waste of money since there's no point in trying to upgrade my current computer.

Bump, this seems to be occurring when I leave a cell. Though the message does not show anymore and I just crash to desktop without any messages. Does anyone know if Skyrim produces crash logs or not?

The 9100 is so weak, so bad, that a couple of weeks or so playing a game can potentially work it to death. It's very likely about to go totally dark very soon now, no matter whether you stop overworking it now or not.

I've had it for a while, plus I did not find any anomalies when playing any other high end games. Look, all I am trying to do is look for a fix for this problem. It occurs only when I enter/exit a cell by door.
