Playing on Ps3 just downloaded the new patch getting at most 10 mins of gameplay without having to power off my ps3 completely, is there anywhere to send it so that i can get a refund?

As in at most im managing ten minutes of game play between being forced to restart my completely locked up ps3 and id like to see what course i can take to be refunded as the product has clearly been released far to early.
