Fallout based areas in other Countries

Post » Fri May 27, 2011 10:36 am

I was just thinking that it would be cool to visit different countries e.g. the UK or Europe since Moriarty in Fallout 3 came from Ireland with an accent indicating he must of lived there for a while before coming over to the wasteland indicating also that Ireland is still habitable. Just a thought

It is'nt allowed in this game series. :|

Imagine people in Iraq making a video game about America being nuked, that would be a controversey.

Anyway, no.
No no no.
Why no?
Why yes is a better question.

A DLC set in another country doesn't make much sense.
It was hard as hell for The Chosen One to get out to an oil rig let alone travel across the ocean to another continent or traveling over the USanian continent and then a sea to another continent.
It's better to focus on the surrounding area and flesh it our with more lore.

I'd love to see Fallout visit Britain in a DLC, but I highly doubt it ever happening, mores the pity. It has been discussed before about using the Boomers' plane to get further afield in a DLC, but I doubt that too.

Uhh...But Fallout is Based in America. The Plot surronds America. Its supposed to symbolise America. It OOZES AMERICA!!!! Why the heck would you want to go somewhere else? It would ruin the game in my opinion. This is coming from a Canadian Guy. Fallout must stay in. AMERICA!

Sorry I stopped reading at Multiplayer.

Bah, Fallout can be multiplayer too. :P (Not FO1 ~ T ~ NV though.)
But if done right Fallout could be a good multiplayer game.

Its not controvesial because WE made it, Not the Chinese.

If it was the other way around, It would be chaos.

The reason people (whoever approves games in countries.) accept fallout is because we don't SHOW their countries.

We show ours.
