I am just wondering if there are any popular and regularly active unofficial Fallout forums? The reason being that my topics are either considered to belong elsewhere or topics I post in become locked. It's quite frustrating.

Reading through your topic history, you've posted:

A: A thread publicly butting heads with a Moderators actions

and

B: Two threads that would do well in the Official Locations thread.

Both of which are not allowed in the forum rules. You could have PMed the mod who locked your thread, and duplicate threads arent allowed (This is generally given leniance if the topic was say, posted way back in January and you can't find it.)

Edit: You can't really complain when you're doing something countermanding the rules.

There are pinned topics in each section of the forums that have fansites and forums listed

However, read the rules for this forum and exercise good judgment when you post a topic and or reply to a topic. Chances are if there is something in the OP that is against the rules or the thread gets too spammy/inappropriate the moderators will lock the thread.

Chances are your threads were locked because there was an official thread for that topic (ie I think the next fallout location should be [insert place here] or they were against the rules.
