the title says most of it all.
you have untill the release date of FO:NV to reach level 30 (with BS installed) or LV 20 (without BS)
rules:
1: no cheats (pc users....)
2: quests, side quests, and unmarked quests are allowed.
3: no "get more levels faster" mods (pc users....)
4:must start at level one (new game)
5:have fun
EDIT: 6: must be fallout 3, or F3 GOTY
REWARD:
bragging rights.

you can start whenever.

It's easily reachable in a couple of days, a week at most.
All one needs to do is to set it to Very Hard, go to The Pitt and get Metal Blaster, complete main quest and after that you will have the most powerful weapon and armor in the game == Win.
After that just do the rest of the DLC's on speedruns.
Easily doable in a week or less.

Can be accomplished pretty easily. I have done 1-15 in one sitting before. 16-24 are pretty easy to get done too. At most it would take 3-5 days of "average" playing for me. (Though sadly [or i guess its a good thing], I have so many other games to play currently.)

Already done. Played through for my last time. Level 30. Handful of quests left, ike Bigtown and Operation Anchorage. 4 bobbleheads left. About a dozen "undiscovered" locations, and 2 behemoths remain. Amassed a stash of over 55,000 caps, 1000's of rounds of ammo. Started a few weeks ago.

I just did a main-quest run through doing it all in order. Took 14 hours, minimal side quests, and that right there will get you to level 15 and can be done in 3 or so sittings

I have two PC's. The highest is 8th level (or less ).
Its because I avoid combat and populated areas (and don't play a lot).
Most of my FO3 time is spent in the Geck/Blender/nifskope, and the Wiki's.

*Scratch that, I do have a new PC (forgot). He's still in Megaton.

I'm currently on Level 16 and am also working on Far Cry. I've gotten to level 30 so many times it should only take a week.

Just hit 30 with my ~65 hour-playtime main and first character. Now to do it with my melee-only Buffy character! :D

Repair skill 100. Fawkes for a pack mule. Sell to traders, invested in traders. Cap perk. Nevereave a store with less caps than u came in with. Even if its only 5$.
