I can't find any retailer websites that list the Collector's Edition for this game any more... This really irks me because I wanted a bonus offer, just anything but the Tribal pack. But I'd rather have the CE over a Bonus Pack.

Does anyone know where I can pre-order the CE and hopefully get some kind of special offer?
