I am a Brit in Germany with an English Language PC and Steam installation. I just downloaded Fallout New Vegas from Steam and it has installed in German. How do I change it to English? Steam normally installs in English.

Try this: Steam library -> right click falloutnv and select properties. Find language tab and see if you can select english. Im not positive but there might be some restrictions with the german version.
