Day one: My Escape
I have escaped Helgen today and have escaped the the bruts or imperial who had falsfully captured me and almost had me executed, I am innocent. I was just hunting near the border of Skyrim and Cyrodiil and captured for supposidally travling into Skyrim illegally or something of that nature, but I am safe now and have made a few new friends. First I met a man, a nord I think, by the name of Ralof. He was such a kind man and he helped to save me from the Imperials and he got me out of Helgen before I was killed. He had suggested that I meet up with his sister in Riverwood who goes by the name of Gerdur. I took his advice and decided to travel to Riverwood to see this ister of his. He and I traveled to Riverwood without hast. We had no trouble from then on to town (except for a few packs of wolves, but I'll take the free pelts). As I entered Riverwood I was greeted warmley by many memebrs of the town, but one elderly woman stuck with me in particular. She went by the name of Hilde and she claimed to have seen some sort of creature called a Dragon and I dismissed it as just dementia and moved on. Ralof then introduced me to his stunning sister, who was unfortunately married but then again I'm not the type to settle down anyways, who generously gave me some much needed supplies. Ralof then suggested that I join up with his group called the Storm Cloaks. He explained to me that it was the "Rebellion" and that he and the other Stromcloaks fought to ride Skyrim of the damn rule of the Impire. I had heard of the civil war in Skyrim and was glade that I didn't have to get involed, but now it seemed as though I would have to. I really want to get revenge on the Empire for my false imprisonment and it seems as though fighting for these "Stormcloaks" would be the perfect way to get back at them. After I said my goodbyes to Ralof and Gerdur I decided to enlist the help of the local Blacksmith to make some nice armor for myself out of my recently poached pelts. He is a nice fellow who allows all travelers of all different kinds to use his forge and I was grateful. He even gave me a few tips on crafting armor. I mad my leather armor and thanked him and he suggested that I stay a night or two at the Sleeping Giant Inn. I took his advice and now here I am in the inn and I gotta say it'll be nice to get some sleep after the traumatic days of being a prisoner. I hope that the next day will bring some great hunting and that it'll be a less eventful day than today.
