What the heck?! Did you guys just totally ignore the issues with Fallout 3 entirely? (from your lack of fixes for FO3 that's an obvious YES) I only played for a bit so far but it felt like playing Fallout 3 all over again in terms of the technicals. Fallout 3 was almost unplayable for me from the start. I beat the game DESPITE your lack of support and this game looks like more of the same on the technical side. Between FO3s random crashing, terrible stuttering, odd graphical anomalies, bizarre physics (Deathclaw launch in 3...2...1...), and other random weirdness, that game took every ounce of patience I could muster to complete. And from taking a look at FO:NV I get the feeling it's going to be more of the same. Not to mention that FO3, at times, didn't really even feel like a Fallout game. FO:NV, so far, feels even LESS like a FO game.
Fallout 1 and 2 were classics. Tactics was fun too. Fallout 3 was an amazing achievement in terms of atmosphere and graphical presentation. However it was a technical disaster and FO:NV seems to have inherited the worst that FO3 had to offer in that department. Yes, I know it was developed by Obsidian. Shame on them too. Too bad I bought it on Steam and can't get my money back. If this is what the Fallout games have to offer from now on, I am done with it.
Well...at the very least FO:NV dumped that horrible Games For Windows Live junk.
