I've searched, and didn't find anything that was directly related to my problem on the first page, so, I decided to ask now.

Anyway, I don't know when this started, but I've always used Farkas as my companion. And all of the sudden, when I walk right through the doors of Jorvaskr, he runs up to me and initiates dialogue. I have picked every single option I can and he still speaks to me. I have to sprint out of the doors of Jorvaskr to get away from him, and some times he follows me throughout Whiterun.

Has anyone had this problem at all? I don't know what to do. Any help at all will be appreciated, thanks!

Try dismissing him until he finishes talking and leaves and possibly get another follower so he doesn't follow you again.

Had this a couple times.

Go pay your bounty, for some reason Farkas and Jarl Barlgruf are "Guards" they're trying to arrest you but they don't have that dialogue.

The Hold bounty thing is glitched. Doesn't work.
I had bounty from Solitude and Balgruf tried to kill me over it - herp derp de derpity derp.

Yea, I have bounty from the Reach (the Markarth "glitch" thing).

Awesome!

The latest patch allowed me to payoff the Markarth bounty from the Forsworn quest and everything is great again.
