ok so im playing honest hearts and whenever i talk to daniel and get all those qeust and go to get waking cloud as a follower any time i try to fast travel it wont let me this happened to me once before any dlcs came out and i had to restart the game nearly to the begining how do i fix this without restarting the game

This is not a glitch. You have to walk out of the Narrows so Joshua Graham can talk to you.

I found it flustrating you have to move out of an area trie to remember when u fast travel the place you aririve find those places and remember them it svcks but oh well
