I've been enjoying my time participating in these Stormcloak quests, but now I've hit a very fatal snag. I went to meet my fellow Stormcloaks for the raid and they weren't there. I went to raid Fort Sungard...and it was abandoned.

My quest reads "eliminate all the enemies (100% remain)" yet the fort is deader than the Nordic crypts (though they're really not very dead, are they). I can't exactly kill the enemies if there are none to kill, and I can't forward my quest until I do so. What's a girl to do? :<

*Note: I'm playing Skyrim on the PS3, so consoles or any such fanciness is a no-go.

if you have a save point before getting the quest try reloading and trying again.

if not, just leave the area for a long while, like a week in game time, and then go back and see if the fort will respawn.

if that doesn't work you may be out of luck....

Yeah, I putsied around a lot after getting the quest, putting it off for quite a while (both in game and out of it), so there's no chance of having a save file that far back, least not one I'd be willing to go back to.
I'll try waiting around in game some more. Hopefully when the next in-game month rolls around I'll have a bit more luck. If not I'm gonna cross all my fingers that Bethesda's next patch does something magical and fixes this and a crap ton of other issues I've had since the 1.2 update.
