Who is your favorite companion and why? Mine is Raul because he is a fellow pistolero and can repair your stuff to 100%.

People say Boone is powerful to that I say "Pfft, hell no!" Raul is poweful.
That bastard is funny as hell and kills stuff way too easily.

i like cass. shes funny and while i take out things at long range, when things get close her shotgun is usefull.

Err... I like ED-E, she's cool. Decent carry weight, reminds me of better times.

Oh you bet. I like how some of his comments almost break the 4th wall. "I'm sure you will be fair and equitable, boss." "Yeah, sure, I'll stop using my effective gun here to use... this metal pipe! Good plan, boss!"

Cass, she's funny, sixy, has a great perk and she's DEADLY with the Trail Carbine (and the right ammo).

ED-E, my little floating backpack.

Cass. Chuck her any good gun+ammo and she is a total Domamatrix on the battlefield. Having 100 Sneak at level 20+ also comes in handy.

Cass. Because of the Whiskey, Moonshine, and mouth. Mmmm. :liplick:

I like Boone, Raul, and Veronica but Cass always wins if I have to make a choice. The only good thing about Lily is the extended Stealth Boy duration. Arcade? Useless. I took him on just to get the achievement for hiring all companions.

Rex? Whatever happened to euthanasia? Put the [censored] dog down for chrissakes. Not a fan of Rex. I don't want a cyborg dog. I want a dog dog or a wolf or something that is not a cyborg. [censored] cyborg dog. Who thought of that? :thumbsdown:

Ed-E? Eyebot Duraframe E is a suitcase. Useful, but only as useful as a suitcase is.

like the Mass Effect Ships AI.

1) Raul - He's awesome, doesn't care who you side with, and I love how he sarcastically complains even when you're doing stuff he wants to do. Give him power armor, Avenger minigun, and AP ammo and he destroys Deathclaws.

2) Cass - Funny, witty, good with guns.

3) Veronica - Punches really hard, and wears power armor.

4) Boone - Killing machine, he's usually quiet which is nice sometimes.

5) Arcade - Cool default gun, good banter, I would put him at 4 except

6) Lily - I'd like to like Lily, but she's just so annoying

Pets are about equal. Both are pretty annoying because they have a habit of attacking friendly NPC's occasionally, forcing me to reload.

Boone for sure.

Used to be Cass but i am pretty sure she cheated on me with a roaming trader. She was actin funny one morning and didnt want to cuddle. [censored].

Cass by far. She looks great in Raider Badlands armor, btw. And I love when I go into sneak mode and she says "Shhh...we're hunting s*&theads..."

I like ED-E a lot too. I love that silly music he plays when he goes into battle. When he died I lost his perception perk and the music so I felt clueless for awhile, like everything was sneaking up on me. I'd be like...hey where's the music!?

I still think companions get killed way to easily, especially Rex. I can't go more than five minutes with that dog before he gets killed. Always charging in ahead of me, even when set to "passive" and "back up" and whatever else. Even with the Lupa brain and endurance upgrade. Dead in five minutes almost every time. Am I doing something wrong with him?

I like Rex, I like Veronica, I like Boone, I like Raul.. Boone is a really good sniper, and everything about combat, he's really good at, but then again he's kinda boring, like he dont give a [censored] anymore.
Raul is awesome.
Veronica is so powerful with her hand and that...hand weapon, but I find her annoying sometimes.
Rex is a dog, I like dogs, dogs are awesome.

Anyway I'll go for Boone cuz I like his quest

Raul: "Sure boss, I'll stay here alone while my heavily-armed companion goes out of earshot. Nothing will happen, right?"

Veronica: "You're making me carry the heavy stuff, aren't you?"


Cass: Anything that includes multiple [censored]s...which is most anything she says.

Raul for his perk of making my armor and weapons last MUCH MUCH MUCH MUCH longer than normal which kicks total ass when using weapons of the gatling-type variety.

ED-E for extending my perception across the map, back into Fallout 1, and being able to draw fire off me in critical battles, and ESPECIALLY after

I gotta say Boone. Due to the fact that his perk is real helpful. Plus his a damn good shot. And most importantly, he doesn't make unnecessary comments every time I try to crouch down.

But his voice is aggitating.

Arcade Gannon is the only companion i have used, so far he is my favorite though. I love his background and side quest.
