Its a toss up between the super shotgun (DOOM2) and the plasma rifle.

Theres something so cool about the plasma rifle. It doesn't look super futuristic like the BFG 9000 but at the same it shoots plasma.

You should hear the sound it makes on the SNES version...its totally different..I like it better, though.
