I like the one where I knock my foe down, thrust my sword into their vulnerable bodies, then pull out quickly, leaving their corspe cold as I get off.

Wait... what are we talking about again?

My favorite is the Draugr-specific kill where you stab them in the chest, then spin around and slash them.

Aside from the decapitation with one handed I kind of like the 2H execution where he takes out one of the opponents legs and then crashes his weapon down on the person's head.

On one hand they are kind of spiffy looking, but on the other they pull me out of the gameplay and remove control of my character from me until the cutscene is over. If I had to make a hard fast decision I would remove these cutscenes from the game.

I'm not the biggest fan of cutscene's in general though so consider that when considering my opinion of these kill cutscenes.

1. Slice open their stomach..they fall to their knees, decap.

2. Left hook, choke slam.

I do love the way when thrusting with heavy sword you literally lift them clean off the ground as its thrust through their torso.
Now currently on the head splitting Axe :D
Still haven't tried the warhammer yet though so no idea what that slowmo deathblow looks like.

Anyone else think they need to add a killscene for a bow? Something like an arrow cam as they get hit in the eye or something.

But then sniping a guard would cause a paradox that leads to a CTD.

I like the werewolf one where you pounce a guy down and then tear out his throat.

i agree. maybe something like the cam follows the arrow straight to where the tip strikes the target. And if its a crit headshot a nice graphic to go with it.

Or if nailed in the heart seeing the body go into convultions and the person trying to gasp for its last breath.

lately for me ive been having fun with slip paralise and slip poisons. I just wish poisons when sneak/given had some extra umff to the kill like seeing the target struggling while the poison goes thru the bloodstream.

paralise is alot of fun tho right before stealing loot, its great.

i wish we could incapacitate ppl tho, like knock ppl unconcious or a......... new potion! Sleeping Potion would be fun. And i wish frenzy would stick on ppl better with a longer duration.

Sword 'n' Board kill animation with the Troy-style leaping stab.

I was just about to post that this one is my favorite, but I don't know how to get it to proc. I have never seen the animation in game, only in player made videos.

I didn't know if it was generated from the critical charge perk, or not.

/edit

Also, it seems like the DW power attack and enchanted weapons really diminish your chances of proccing a kill-animation. Does this seem true for others?

Throat slit, definetly. Silent, efficient and brutal. Would love to stab through the heart too. From back of course. Love to bash heads in too with my mace. Kill animations could have a little more gore too.

I'm pretty sure that you cannot get a kill-animation from a DW power attack. Has never happened to me before while normal blows or power attacks tend to generate an animation quite often.
I also read a console command (for those on PC) that you can use in order to get a kill-animation for every single kill but I did not want that so I don't know the command now :D

I think my favorite is the dragon kill scene. I've only seen in twice and it's so satisfying to watch.

Aww...I want finishers...

Too bad they didn't give them to lefties. Or the ability to block, for that matter. Some of these sound really awesome, and I don't get to see them ever. I was watching a friend play today and I got to see the sword finisher on a dragon. That was incredible!

Just saw this one today. Did a mace bash finisher that was perfectly ordinary, except that Jenassa did one at the same time. Synchronized finisher FTW!
