I loved Smallville but it definitely has its ups and downs. Season 10 was great overall, but the last episode before the series finale was kinda dumb so that worried me for a moment. But it turned out alright.

House has been consistently awesome to me though.

Stargate SG-1.

Honorable mentions go to Sons of Anarchy, Seinfeld, Frasier, The Simpsons, Scrubs, Rome (HBO), and the Star Treks.

All too modern for me. I grew up with Gerry Anderson, Thunderbirds, UFO, Captain Scarlet, Joe 90, the whole lot. The only thing that ever eclipsed these for me was Space 1999. Looks real cheesy and dated now, but as a kid watching it when it first aired, unbelievably awesome. Favourite toy back then, my Dinky Toys Eagle transporter.

My favourite TV show was How I Met Your Mother and Chuck, but I heard they blew it in the new season. I also loved ER.

I really want to watch it someday, just because Adam Baldwin stars in it.
