The music budget for this game definately seems much higher then previous titles, but I don't think i have a favorite, per say, though the title screen music is pretty b.a. I would purchase a soundtrack if they made it.

Too bad it's not on iTunes. Zenimax would make a [censored] ton of more money if it was.

I love Wind Guide You as well. Nice to see an Oblivion song get expanded on. Ancient Stones is my fav, though, with Sky Above, Voice Within not far behind. I tried to get a Skyrim music general going after I saw an article on N4G which had a best of list for the music, but I failed miserably. Wind Guide You came second all up.

When you go to sovengard, That music (I dont know what it's called) is perfect for the whole feel of the place
There's another battle song that comes about now and then, it sounds like the background singers are saying jolly roger.

Yeah, somewhat of a spoiler, but I'm pretty certain the name of the music that plays in Sovngarde is called 'Sovngarde'. Creative, I know.

Yea that ones funny especially the nordish ending ha ha.

Love all the songs in Skyrim but i do feel a certain sunshine cloud destroying inspiring hope and rebirth in me every time i hear The Dragon Born Comes. Also whenever i hear one of the buetiful songs from Tes 2 Daggerfall playing in a tavern its like magic on my brain.

Hint: It's not a song if nobody is singing.

More of a fact then a hint, but I get what you're saying. Hard to classify what they are though. Tracks? Instrumentals?

Also, after listening to the previous soundtracks, I have to say that this one is my favorite. Beats Morrowind just slightly.

Still remember carefully entering Dragonsreach, hoping I wouldn't do something inappropriate in front of the Jarl. I was amazed at how nonchalant he sat, propping his head up with the back of wrist. Too bad the others Jarls copy his style.

What's the name of the track that sometime plays when you enter an inn? The one with the flutes.

LOL, I thought you meant songs in Skyrim! If I hear Ragnar the Red one more time, I'm gonna scream! Last time I took a cab (I mean cart) from Whiterun, the driver actually started singing it, very badly! The music in Skyrim is awesome!

Yeah, title is a bit misleading. A mod should rename it 'favorite music' or something. I enjoy hearing peoples opinions on the soundtrack.

That's it! Thanks. Definitely my favorite.

Probably my fav from the inns as well.

I haven't heard them all, but I really love the music that plays when you enter a town, and the main theme of course.

As for bard songs, I think Tale of the Tongues is beautiful.

I love Skyrim's soundtrack, overall, but my favorite music from the game is one of the town themes (can't decide between 3 of them).
