- Bugged one/two-handed weapons like the Ebony Blade and Headsman's Axe
- Giving all weapons an associated Smithing perk so they aren't useless late-game when you've got maxed Smithing, Enchanting and Alchemy and you can make any weapon with a perk strong enough to be viable for use. It seems blasphemous to have a Steel sword that's way stronger than, say, Dawnbreaker.
- Making all weapons able to be tempered. Or at the very least Silver swords. The game already has silver ingots, for goodness' sake! They're cool-looking and would really fit with a vampire hunter-type character, it makes me sad that they're basically useless. I wouldn't mind being able to use Dragon Priest Daggers or the Headsman's Axe either, but Silver swords are the main thing. I could understand if they left the Ebony Blade as the exception to this rule, since Admonation Against Ebony already states that the Skyforge couldn't even heat it up...that, and how gamebreakingly overpowered it would be with really high attack power and an unlimited-use 30 pt. Absorb Health effect.
- Spears! The addition of crossbows makes me even more hopeful to also see my other favorite category of weapons that I miss from Morrowind. And they'd just fit so perfectly with the recently added mounted combat. Barreling down on someone atop Shadowmere wielding a Daedric spear or(dare I dream?) the Spear of Bitter Mercy? Bandits, prepare to crap yourselves in terror.
- Dragon bone weapons.
- New spells. Specifically, I'm hoping for some kind of Dremora Thrall spell to round out my troupe of minions. I love summoning Dremora Lords, but they're the only summon without a permanent version.
