Seems pretty simple, but who knows. I read about voice-users who keep enemies' tongues on a necklace as trophies. I'd love to have one. Maybe it enhances shouts in some way, either potency or cooldown?

I hope I didn't imply that the topic was actually bad. I think it is a neat (if a little gruesome) idea. You could add some sort of tongue-thing as a death-item to shouting enemies.
