1. Does Odahvings level scale with players? (Is he always the same no matter what level you get the shout? Or does the shout/Odahving become stronger as you progress/level?)

2. Does werewolf form stack with your characters health points?

3. How much damage werewolf form does have anything to do with your characters stats/skills?

I cannot find the answer to these questions searching, so if anyone knows much appreacited
