A few skill-based content suggestions

Now, these are assuming that the max skill cap is 100, and that the skills in V13 are in Fallout 3/NV.

(As a disclaimer, some of these ideas may have been used or suggested elsewhere, but they aren't plagarised, meaning that they have been altered.)

Repair & Science: Radios
Without a Radio of your own, you would only be able to communicate with other players via speaking within a short distance, or by purchasing a radio that breaks after a certain usage via a shop vendor.

Both 20 - Able to create a small radio that can be used to speak with other players in the same reigon. (10 uses per day.)
Both 50 - Upgrade radio for a larger area (All surrounding areas and reigons). (Requires original radio.) (20 uses per day.)
Both 80 - Upgrade radio for a even larger area (All areas surrounding the surrounding areas). (Requires original radio and all previous upgrades.) (30 uses per day.)
Both 100 - Upgrade radio for maximum distance (Entire wasteland.) (Requires original radio and all previous upgrades.) (30 uses per day.)

This is not the company that made Fallout 3 or New Vegas. Doesn't mean it will be roots - gamesas is quite revolutionary and creative. But I doubt they'll even be able to use anything from the other games even if they wanted. And those skills are from Part 1.
