Few things I need help with : Fallout: New Vegas

First I am very happy with this game
I have game for a week and I all I do now is learning about it

I was always fan of EW but it seems there is no point anymore
didnt tried yet but people are saying it svck
I always modified my Fallout 3 so there is no turning to ash or goo pile
I hate it
I want to see bodies
so my first question is

1.Do EW turn onto piles

2.Is it possible to play only with laser rifles
I like it more

3.I have a feeling guns(not EW) are overpowered
truth or false

4.Do enemies respawn

5.I have one big problem
in every bethesda game including NV I have problems with movies like intro
Bottom half of screen is late or its pale and you cant see anything

Is there a way to fix that crap

Oh and I like game very much
I want to be cowboy
I need cowboy repeater,revolver,duster and hat

in this game possible
and I like song Johnny guitar veeeery much

Depends who you ask. Some howl Energy Weapons are massively underpowered, all my enemies in my Energy Weapons playthrough end up dead so... :shrug:

Depends who you ask. Some howl they're overpowered, I've gotten my ass kicked while using them so... :shrug:

Some areas do, some don't, just like Fallout 3

in this game possible

They're all in the game...but I'd wait for the next patch before trying to use a lever-action weapon. (In fact I am waiting, my cowboy character is sick to #^%& death of bloody controls freezing every time he reloads his Cowboy Repeater or .357 Magnum pistol.)

The people you shoot with them can. I haven't had a gun melt on me yet.

Not really. The basic laser rifle is a pretty lackluster weapon. One of the best weapons in the game is the Laser RCW (a laser submachinegun), but this weapon will be useless against anything with armor. You could play *most* of the game with laser weapons if you like a challenge, but you need some heavier firepower for really tough enemies. Lasers in general are fast and accurate, not powerful.

True. Guns is by far the easiest way to play the game, between the silenced weapons, the ridiculous .308 JSP handload, the always-crits unique sniper rifle, and the cheap-and-cheerful Cowboy Repeater which you'll get probably around level 5 and will be with you the rest of the game.

Most do. It takes a while.

oh I forgot something important
When creating my character I only see options to get mustaches,beard and that crap
but I didnt see option to be shaved

Depends. Laser category guns are:

- Laser Pistol, junk without "true" sights. Toss it as soon as you can.
- Laser Rifle, your entry level sniper rifle comparable with Varmint and other weak rifles. As long as you hit the head from sneaking it's sufficient for most enemies.
- AER 14, unique laser rifle, junk you can't upgrade, I haven't found use for it yet. :-|

- Tri-beam Laser, laser shotgun, weaker than plasma shotgun and many consider it junk - but I find it viable as long as all beams hit the target.
- Laser RCW, laser "tommy gun", my (and I think most people will agree) favourite laser weapon. It's fast, VATS-efficient and good all-rounder SMG.
- Gatling, low damage, ammo spammer, it's theoretically the biggest laser weapon in the game but I didn't find it very practical. More of a show-off gun.
- Pew Pew, unique laser pistol. Huge damage and one of toughest guns in the game able to knock down any huge target. But also very expensive in ammo.

They are all bound by Laser Commander perk which boosts them immensely. Is it viable to use only them throughout the game... choice is very weak and there aren't any actual badass guns in here. I think the good stuff is over at Plasma section... Like Multiplas or Plasma Caster. And then there's Gauss, daddy of all sniper rifles.

There's a whole big category of "cowboy" weapons, all boosted by Cowboy perk to be comparable with best "modern" guns in damage - and they even surpass them in a few cases. Brush Gun, Chance's Knife, Ranger Sequoia, Trail Carbine, Mysterious Magnum all kick ass badly and cowboy build is more viable than energy (really!). And way more useful than lasers. Look it up on Wikia for details.

True. There's a larger variety of guns and they have better ammo choices compared to energy weapons. Some say that they like energy weapons to be rare, but that doesn't explain how a lead-slinging pistol can outperform a heavy gatling laser in pretty much every way possible.

Get a better computer? Seriously though, I've never had that problem except while running other apps (eg. Fraps) in the background.

I will start with cowboy
when I am more familiar with game gonna try lasers
and for month when schools over I am try cowboy on hardcoe mode

but there is still important question
I dont want beard or mustaches
and I still didnt see option for that in character creation

Also a pain in the dike to get. Enjoy the collection quest to get it. At least you get an achievement for it.
