Ok, my base DT is 10, add 25 with Brotherhood T-51b Power Armor and 6 with the T-51b Power Helmet and you get 43? No, it should be 41 so where did the extra 2 DT come from? The extra DT apeared when I put on Brotherhood T-51b Power Armor after I got the Fight the Power! perk and that's only supposed to give you 2 extra DT against the NCR, CL, and the BoS. The only explanation I can think of is that the perk is bugged so that you get 2 extra DT when you wear one of those faction's armor instead of what it's supposed to do.

Now there's the question of wether or not the +5% critical chance is applied to you when you wear one the these faction's armor or does it only work when you are attacking those factions? Im leaning towards the former, cause my criticals have been averaging 6/10 shots since I got this perk and it should only be averaging 5/10 against non NCR and CL.

Quick look at GECK it seems to be a Pipboy problem.

According to what I can see in GECK, the check tarrget are right (I compare it with Purifier and Entomologist).

Some perks that have been reported to have Pipboy Bug, like Confirmed Bachelor and Cherchez la Femme; Veronica's Bond of Steel bonus DT only apply against attacks et cetera (wouldn't show with getav).
