It is now my favorite house. Not to big pike Hjerm or proud side manor. But not too small like breeze home.

I really like it too. Nice size, great entrances, good placement in town, nice features. I miss the display cases, weapon plaques, and extra mannequins of the Windhelm house though.

Another great thing is I feel it's a great house for any character especially my Argonian and his Argonian wife. Nothing better than coming home and sitting on the porch look at the lake and taking a swim!

My thief bought it before joining the guild, that way she would have a house of her own. For a thief it's perfect, with a side enterance. I miss all the flat places and tables that the Markarth house has. and storage.
