I've really been struggling to like or even remember anyone in Skyrim. I finally met a decent character today: Bolli. He's

a fish merchant living in Riften; he's rich; he's charitable; he's married; he also likes to sleep around!

Two thumbs up to whoever created this character for not adding another cardboard cutout or caricature to the game.

Yeah he seemed like a cool man

non of the characters are as nearly memorable as Fallout New vegas' though.

Bolii is quite cool. I'm suprised that he is a cheater, considering he seems to love his wife.

Sapphire seems interesting too. Her back story is kind of depressing.

I didn't know he sleeps around!

My favorite is Muiri in terms of memorabality (once you do her quest)

I can see that some people will find him annoying but I like Cicero,

Alduin, Esbern, and the "three heroes" disappointed me the most. Despite being hyped up as being very important characters to the story, they were very shallow and unmemorable.
