C-finder

I have the c-finder,but when i take it ,theres no ammo, where can i get that?

You only get ammo for it after activating ARCHIMEDESII at Helios One, then you get an ARCHIMEDESII Charge once per day.

It doesn't have ammo, its orbital weapon target designator. You need to do Hellios I quest certain way to be able to use it. You have to arm Archimedes. Check Fallout wiki for Hellios I.
