I have a question: Can I also find Ebony and Daedric Armor or am I dependent on Smithing for getting them? I think it would be much cooler searching for them in the world.

Nah, you can find it, you just need to reach a relatively high level, 50+ for sure.

Edit: And I believe some of the higher level dungeons do have Ebony weapons and Armor lying about that aren't dependent on your level cause they're hand-placed, but I'm not too sure.

I'm currently level 64... I went up the left side of the perk tree for smithing so I can't make daedric anything. Around level 61 or 62 I finally noticed my first daedric item on a vendor, it was one lonely bow that was already enchanted. There is one named dagger that I found too, on an NPC, but other than that: haven't seen any more.

I find plenty of Ebony gear but I have only found Dadric Arrows. Out side that only Dadra artifacts..

I'm 54 and I haven't found anything daedric except arrows. The rest I've crafted myself.

I had to make mine but im actually regretting it now because Ebony armor doesn't seem to work with the "Matching set" perk, which means my full plate armor is actually better than the Ebony. Needless to say im very disappointed, especially because Ebony looks 10x better than full plate.

When you reach level 50+ you will sometimes encounter Mercenaries saying they are investigating something wearing Ebony Armor.
As for Daedric armor, if you want unenchanted pieces of it, you'll need to smith it yourself.

Not true. I've found dragonbone shield/chest/legs and several pieces of daedric, all unenchanted, in chests. I can't be sure, but I believe most were found in chests at dragon locations.

For me the ebony has been around from lvl 27 and has became more common after lvl 30. First daedric weapon I found at lvl 34. And after lvl 37 every Draught Deathlord has had ebony weopon or armor part.

I'm level 31 and just found Ebony Armor and Ebony Helmet in a chest. Also Ebony items started appearing on merchants.

At level 34 you can find ebony armour on mercenaries, and ebony weapons on Draugr Death Overlords.

you can find ebony gear quite easily at about 36+ (infact, i found more ebony armor than orcish). Daedric i have only found a helmet and im at 44 now.

I never once found daedric armor but found daedric arrows a few times, once a bow and once a mace. That was in mid 50's, now I'm level 59. Plenty of ebony armor and weapons though.

I found ebony in my very early levels, but it was "well placed" - i.e. you wouldn't accidentally just stumble upon it without looking carefully, slowing down and paying attention. I only spotted it because I was in an awkward place and was standing practically on top of it. Hmm, think I played with brightness all the way down too when I think about it.

I'm lvl 51 on master, and I've just begun finding daedric stuff, but these are now found in more obvious places compared to the ebony I mentioned above. Some armor pieces and some arrows. No weapons as of yet (iirc).

Ebony is fairly common from medium levels on up, but Daedric is very rare. My character is 49 and I finally notice a Daedric bow at a vendor. Nothing has ever dropped but arrows.

Ebony Weapons and Armor you can find in the 30's, Daedric is in the high 40's to low 50's. My current character found her 1st daedric weapon (A Mace, unenchanted) at level 49 so that equipment is high level. You can go the smithing route and get them by level 20 if you set it up correctly and find enough Daedric hearts or Ebony Ingots.
