I am a Wood Elf, L. 18. The only enchanted weapon I have found is an iron sword that does 5 points fire damage. Am I missing something? Shouldn't I be finding more by now? Any suggestions or thoughts?

In my last game it happened to me also. I couldn't find any enchanted weapons! I had to make my own by enchanting.

But now I restarted and avoided perk or level up any skills in enchanting. I'm finding a lot of magical items.

I'm playing Wood Elf with some enchanting skill, but still finding quite a few magic items in obvious places like boss remains and the bonus chest that's usually somewhere nearby.

Shops have a few at higher levels, but I've never needed to buy one.

I haven't had that luck. My map says that all my sites are "cleared" , so I assume I have nailed everything. However, I will spend a little more time snooping around after nailing a boss. Thanks for comments to all.

I'm thinking some kind of bug if you've really never seen any enchanted items.
